Any form of NSFW content, racism, homophobia, hate speech, harassment is prohibited.
Be respectful with other members. No toxicity. Friendly banter will be monitored.
Do not spam tickets, staff will respond when available.
Advertising of any kind without permission is prohibited.
Metagaming within the Discord is not allowed.
If you are banned from Legit Roleplay, you will be removed from the Discord.
General Guidelines
You must be at least 18 years old to play.
You must have a clear and working microphone.
Do not use real-life events in the city; pregnancy and suicide RP is strictly prohibited.
Do not stop RP mid-scene; if rules were broken, open a ticket with video evidence after.
No racism, trolling, homophobia, hate speech, sexism, or excessive toxicity.
Producing drugs in your apartment or any teleported interior is against the rules.
Don’t join an active scene if you “woke up” while it’s ongoing (prevents meta/fly-in shooters).
Character names must not be crude or offensive in any way.
Your character may not be named after a famous person.
Must not transfer assets between your own characters (money/vehicles/etc).
You should not involve your character in everything or chase every job on one character.
You cannot have multiple characters in the same gang/organization, or in different gangs/organizations.
Police, DOC, DOJ and EMS should not be corrupt (example: selling PD equipment or information).
“Body Cam” can only be used in roleplay if your character physically has a camera.
You may not trade any assets for an out-of-character reason or monetary gain.
You may not use mods, trainers or any software that gives advantages in roleplay.
You may not use PvP packs or graphic mods that give advantages in roleplay.
Server bugs may not be used for advantage and must be reported immediately.
Exploiting client and/or server bugs is strictly prohibited.
Anything that occurs on your account is your responsibility; purchases are permanent and non-refundable.
All purchases are tied to your account and character; transfers later are not supported.
If banned for rule violations, purchases made will not be refunded.
All players must be able to communicate in English and “/me” should be in English only.
Sexual/“disgusting” RP only with consent of all witnesses/participants and must not violate streaming TOS. Never in public.
Offensive language IC must not be excessive and must stop if asked (follow TOS).
Public advertisements must only contain realistic IC content and must not be used for crime.
Rulesplaining: Do not break character to explain server rules. If needed, file a report.
You must remain in-character at all times while in the city.
If you disconnect during a scene you must continue it when you return. If you disconnect mid arrest, reconnect and hand yourself in.
All report tickets require footage. Use clipping tools (Twitch/YouTube/Kick/Shadowplay/Gyazo/Medal/OBS).
IC recording footage only counts if you’re holding a camera/phone or announcing bodycam and it’s physically visible.
The set limit to do criminal activity is 4 (anything breaking the law, not limited to robberies).
4-man-rule: no outside help (lookouts, swaps, radio comms, info, etc).
Organizations may not bait cops to turf to violate 4-man-rule (castle rules apply if hostility starts on turf).
Separate groups cannot “team” or hit objectives at the same time.
Fake hostages are not allowed.
After a crime, self-cooldown for 30 minutes before joining another crime.
Robbing players must be RP-driven. No random robbing. No pocket wiping.
Scamming must be in-game via RP. Any menu/teleport scam is prohibited.
No robbing in teleport/menu locations.
You cannot interfere in another group’s active heists/robberies/shootouts.
You cannot rob EMS. PD can be robbed with proper RP. No pocket wiping.
No crime 30 minutes before or after server restart.
Gang beef shooting has a 30 minute cooldown.
PD may breach if no hostages or hostage not being looked after.
Bank trucks are PvP/SOS; hostage not required.
ATMs do not require hostages. Other heists that do: wait 15 minutes for police response before leaving.
You must initiate before any violent engagement.
Max 30 members per group/gang/org/mc/etc.
Can only rob bandages, bullets, and handcuffs from police at bank trucks.
Metagaming
Metagaming is using OOC information in character (Discord/streams/etc).
Do not watch/talk/interact with a streamer who is also in the city.
Discord or any other external voice communication is prohibited while in the city.
Powergaming
Powergaming is abusing game/RP mechanics for advantage (glitching, forced actions, etc).
Using phone/radio/inventory while cuffed is not allowed.
“Shift” punching is not allowed.
Glitch rolling is not allowed.
Stabbing in water is not allowed.
Producing drugs in apartment/teleport interior or behind locked business doors is prohibited.
Provide serious/semi-realistic RP. If it doesn’t make sense, don’t do it.
Avoid unrealistic actions that hurt RP.
Taking an enemy vehicle and stripping upgrades is bannable.
Not waiting 15 minutes after a robbery for police response is not allowed.
Acting normal while wounded is not allowed.
Robbing players without reason is not allowed.
Talking/coordination/calling locations while downed is not allowed.
Not taking a hostage when required (exceptions: Bank Truck SOS + ATM Smash & Grab).
RDM: killing without reason/initiation. You must have a valid RP reason and initiation.
VDM: using a vehicle as a weapon is not permitted. If accidental, return and assist.
Value of Life
Fear your life when threatened.
Avoid antagonizing orgs/PD/armed individuals for no IC reason.
You cannot flee if a weapon is pointed at you (on foot or in vehicle).
Fear groups in a realistic way.
New Life Rule
If you take local EMS, you must not retain memory for the previous 15 minutes before death.
Do not take local EMS / “see the light” during an active scene — wait until it’s over.
You may not return to an active scene after getting medical.
Green-Zones
Green zones are hospital beds, teleport locations, and menu areas.
F8 quitting/leaving during RP is prohibited.
You cannot quit after you’ve died to move around the map or escape prison.
Combat logging will result in disciplinary actions.
If you were not part of the scenario, you may not rob a downed individual.
No pocket wiping (only rob what makes sense for the scene).
You may not rob on-duty EMS (including their emergency vehicles).
You may only rob what is in pockets; you may not rob bank accounts.
You cannot rob physical assets (house, car, business, etc).
You do not have the right to fully kill off another player’s character unless previously discussed and approved within gang rules (example: bleeding out).
